Millimetric Components to 500GHz 

Aspen Electronics and Farran Technology will be exhibiting a range of millimetric components and demonstrating the CobaltFX VNA Test Solution from 50-110GHz at the ARMMS Conference in Oxford from 3rd - 4th April 2017.  Farran Technology will also be presenting a paper on Very High Efficiency High Power Schottky Diode Frequency Doubler Operating at 180-190GHz.
