New, Marki Microwave MMIC T3 Mixer Sets New Bar for IP3
Since Marki first introduced small form factor Microlithic and MMIC mixers, we have received the same question over and over again: when can you do that with the T3?
We have written extensively about the features and benefits of the T3 mixer:

The T3 also has some drawbacks related to size, repeatability, availability, and pricing due to the fact that it is a complex, handbuilt product. The benefits of MMICs are well known:
Now for the first time ever Marki is combining the benefits of the T3 mixer circuit topology with the benefits of MMIC production technology in the MMIC T3 (MT3) product line. Now the world's highest performance mixer is now also the easiest mixer to use. These new T3s offer even higher IP3 than the existing T3 mixers, which are the best in the world.
- Small form factor.
- Scaleable volume production.
- Repeatability.
- RoHS compliant.
- Good volume price breaks.

The initial launch of MT3 products includes two major types. The first, including the MT3-0113LCQG and the MT3-0113HCQG, are form-fit replacements for our legacy T3 surface mount components. They offer RF/LO coverage from 1-13GHz using on-chip capacitively coupled baluns. An additional off chip magnetically assisted transmission line transformer balun offers IF coverage from 10MHz to 7GHz.
