Custom MMIC are excited to announce the release of CMD292, a new ultra-wideband 0.5W GaAs distributed driver amplifier.
CMD292 delivers 13 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +27 dBm and output IP3 of +33 dBm at 15 GHz. The CMD292 features a positive gain slope over frequency, easing broadband designs when flat gain profile is desired.
The CMD292 is a pad-compatible replacement for the Analog Device product, HMC994. This broadband device is ideally suited for applications requiring broad bandwidth, high output power, and high linearity.

High linearity broadband mm-wave mixers require high power broadband LO driver amplifiers, but these amplifiers are largely absent from the market at frequencies above 40 GHz. The AMM-6702 is the ideal LO driver amp for high linearity Marki Microwave mixers such as MM1-1850S and MM1-1240S, providing world-class efficiency and bandwidth for amplifiers in this frequency band. AMM-6702 is designed to provide a saturated output power up to +23 dBm with a low input power of +0 dBm while consuming as little as 570mW of DC power. This GaAs pHEMT MMIC features integrated input and output blocking capacitors, eliminating the need for external bias tees.

The CS448 from Cleverscope is a 1kV isolated channel oscilloscope designed to be useful anywhere isolation is needed - in particular power electronics.
The CS448 supports - via the Cscope4 application- Frequency Response Analysis (using the built in isolated signal generator), Protocol decoding, Maths, streaming, Excel and Matlab connectivity, Spectrum Analysis, mixed signal triggering and display.
The high channel common mode rejection ratio (100 dB at 50 MHz) means the CS448 can be used to measure signals such as gate drives and current sensors whose common mode is slewing quickly.
