The TA4002R measures only 2.7 x 2.5 x 1.3 inches, making it ideal for mast or tower mount locations where additional heat dissipation is not available. Even with the integrated heat-sink, the TA4002R is still one of the smallest and lightest amplifiers of its kind, weighing in at only 10 ounces. For a smaller and more compact option, please contact Triad RF about the TA4002 which does not include integrated heat-sinking. This will reduce the overall size to 2.3 x 2.3 x 0.45 inches!
Along with their small size, the TA4002 and TA4002R also draw a very conservative 1.2 A of current at 12V while providing over 10 Watts of BPSK OFDM power or 0.6A at 12V with 2W of 64 QAM OFDM power.
